MRM//McCann Birmingham, MI – Sr. Writer – GM BuyPower Card (2017-2019)
One of the lead, go-to writers on the GM BuyPower Card account. Helped mentor younger writers as well as less senior art directors. Played a key role in creating a relaunch of the brand through visual design and copy tone. Developed and shepherded many internal initiatives, including work for The Judson Center as well as our internal Diversity Program.
GTB (Formerly Team Detroit} Dearborn, MI – Creative Lead – Ford Global (2011 – 2017)
When I first arrived, I was managing day-to-day operations of Ford’s creative in the Middle East and Puerto Rico. They were small clients. Eventually they became even bigger clients. And we went from repurposing and translating existing ads to big, national, million-dollar campaigns. After that I created the winning campaign for Ford Service called “Go With Confidence” and became a key writer on that account
GSW Worldwide Columbus, OH – Sr. Writer (2010 – 2011)
Worked on Lilly Pharmaceuticals. Specifically, the Diabetes medicine Humalog.
Campbell-Ewald Warren, MI – ACD/Copywriter (2005 – 2010)
Managed day-to-day operations of ACDelco, Olympic Paints and Bissell Homecare. Then I moved over to Chevy right as they were getting bailed out and going through a bankruptcy. It was a tough time, but I learned a lot.
Doner Southfield, MI – Jr. Writer to Sr. Writer (1997 - 2005)
My longest tenured job and one of the most fun. The best part of this job was the diversity. We worked on everything. From cars to fast food to athlete’s foot medication. Clients included Mazda, Arby’s, Ford, Canadian Tire, Benegins, Motrin, Kroger, Circuit City, Sirius Satellite Radio and the list goes on.
